Is Abuse Really Preventable?

Yes. It is. But it takes a continuum of strategies to make positive change. Abuse prevention is not simple nor is it easy but it can be accomplished. Child abuse prevention takes individual, organization and community support and a strategic framework of programs.

Champions For Children: Prevent Child Abuse Hampton Roads focuses on three core strategies of prevention.
